Following an initial successful experience within a highly dynamic, newly established firm, at which he worked in his two preferred fields, Corporate and IT law, Sylvain Joyeux decided to complete his training in a British law firm, and so joined a firm of Solicitors in Scotland in 2003.

On his return to France in 2014, he joined the firm as part of the corporate and IT law advice departments.

Highly involved in the technology, IT and publishing sectors, Sylvain and his corporate law team notably carry out restructuring, reorganisation, and merger and acquisition operations.

He also directs the IT/IP team, which carries out the drafting of commercial contracts as well as IT litigation, notably as part of court-appointed expert reports, in which he advises the Firm’s clients.
