An attorney at the Paris Court of Appeal since 2014, Daniel KORABELNIKOV developed a substantial skill set in pre-litigation activities, complex litigation and IT advice, and more generally in intellectual property as well as in personal data law.

He joined Sylvain JOYEUX’s team, within which he is notably involved in court-appointed expert reports in the IT field. He assists software solution publishers, IT service providers and their clients who wish to benefit from contracts in all IT related matters. Daniel KORABELNIKOV also advises companies on how to protect their intellectual property rights or how to bring their personal data processing into compliance with regulations.

Furthermore, Daniel KORABELNIKOV has led training courses for the management, and IT systems teams, the project managers and the legal teams to provide a practical point of view on all the domains in which he practises.
