CSE: train your elected representatives with our employment law solicitors
Training for CSE elected representatives is a legal obligation for employers. Did you know that? Since 28 May 2026, the rules governing the organisations authorised to provide training for CSE elected representatives have changed.
What has changed
Simplification Act No. 2026-403 of 26 May 2026 abolished the approval procedure by regional prefects. From now on, training organisations holding a declaration of activity may provide CSE members with training on economic, social and environmental matters, as well as training on health, safety and working conditions.
What this means for you
This change enables Cloix Mendès-Gil, as a training provider, to deliver training to your CSEs that is tailored to their needs and the context of your organisation.
Our expertise
Our training courses are designed and delivered by our solicitors, who are experts in employment law. Drawing on this practical expertise, we deliver lively and engaging sessions, which result in high levels of satisfaction amongst our trainees:
“A lively training session with plenty of discussion, helping us to understand all the subtleties and nuances of the CSE”
“Very interesting discussions and practical case studies”
“A very comprehensive and well-structured training course”
Our approach
Our aim: to offer elected representatives practical, hands-on training tailored to the realities of the workplace, whilst enabling them to better understand their rights, their responsibilities and the challenges they face. Dynamic and interactive, our training courses promote a thorough grasp of the key tools and concepts presented, as well as rapid assimilation and lasting mastery of all the topics covered during the session.
By placing the sharing of our expertise at the heart of our approach, we are committed to becoming, through training as well, a leading legal partner for your teams.
