Karine Destarac set up her Firm in 2007, that she naturally dedicated to urban planning and development law, after having acquired experience with a Law Firm as manager of the public department, then manager of the urban planning and development department.

She participated in a working group, put together by the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Development, with the DGUCH (General Directorate of Urban Planning, Housing and Construction) on the reform of the Urban Planning Code and was involved in the Grenelle de l’Environnement.

For many years she has worked in partnership with the union nationale des aménageurs (national union of developers) and the union nationale des géomètres experts (national union of land surveyors) and is regularly involved in training courses.

Karine Destarac and her team advise regional authorities and EPCI (public establishments for cooperation between local authorities), promoters and developers, associations and individuals on all aspects of urban planning, development, land and environmental law, and assist them before the administrative and judicial courts.
