Pierre-Manuel CLOIX has been an attorney since 1995, starting his career working in firms of Attorneys at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation (French Supreme Courts in Administrative and Private Matters, respectively), where he managed litigation cases for both public and private persons. In 1998 he joined a law firm specialising in public law, to reinforce its advice activities with public players, before settling down in 2000 and establishing Cabinet Cloix & Mendès-Gil.

He directs the firm’s advice and litigation activities in matters of public law.

Pierre-Manuel also leads a third-year seminar on the management of local public services at UVSQ - Paris Saclay and is the author of numerous publications and articles on public business law.

Lastly, Pierre-Manuel CLOIX is also registered with the PARIS Bar as a Sports Attorney.
