Emmanuel GONNET is a Doctor of Law and specialises in administrative procedure and environmental law. He taught public law at university for six years.

After qualifying as an attorney, he joined the firm in 2012 and mainly deals with urban planning authorisation litigation, audits and land occupancy authorisation applications, ERP.

He is also in charge of litigation regarding environment law: public enquiries - impact assessments - ICPE (Installations classified for environmental protection).

He is also involved with matters concerning pre-emptive rights.
