A specialist in banking issues and bankruptcy law, Christine LHUSSIER joined the firm in 2011 to work mainly on consumer credit matters, and more generally in banking law, through both advice services and litigation activities.

She aids credit institutions to bring themselves into compliance with regulations, with the drafting of contracts, and even with their relationships with the supervisory authorities. As the manager of the Banking Sector Appeals Department, her work involves litigation before the Courts of Appeal, and sensitive litigation.

After an initial experience working at an office of court-appointed agents, she now deals with insolvency proceeding cases such as, debt disputes and claims, assistance with safeguarding procedures, reorganisation or liquidation.

She was a seminar leader at Law Schools for 6 years and is involved in the Firm’s training courses. Her university and professional experience is a major asset, giving her an in-depth understanding of the development of the financing sector.
