Curriculum
Adrian BROCHU joined the Firm in 2006 after having worked in the Legal Department of the company Hachette Livre, where he was in charge of the internal management of corporate law.
He manages the corporate law client portfolio, at all stages and during restructuring, acquisition, or merger-absorption operations.
Due to this, he is familiar with the difficulties faced by companies with regard to their management, including listed groups. Adrian also teaches Company Law at Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
