After studying business law, obtaining a Company Lawyer Diploma and several professional experiences in law firms and in-house legal departments, Margaux FOURNEX joined the firm in 2019. She joined the corporate merger and acquisitions team, to reinforce its advice services. She is therefore involved in the legal supervision of companies, as well as complex acquisition operations, company transfers, and partial contributions of assets, etc.

Margaux Fournex is also involved in commercial law and notably commercial leases, transfers of business and lease management.
