After an initial experience within a Paris-based business law firm, Charlotte DUMONT joined the firm in 2014 and was promoted to the role of Counsel on 1^st July 2021.

Through both advice services and litigation activities, she deals with individual and collective working relationship issues.

She particularly assists companies and regional authorities with their conciliation and restructuring operations and helps them with the harmonisation of Articles of Association and the transfer of staff.

She is also involved in collective litigation activities, as well as high stake individual litigation, notably regarding issues of equality, occupational health and protected employees.
