Did you know that? Since 28 May 2026, the rules governing the organisations authorised to provide training for CSE elected representatives have changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What has changed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simplification Act No. 2026-403 of 26 May 2026 abolished the approval procedure by regional prefects. From now on, training organisations holding a declaration of activity may provide CSE members with training on economic, social and environmental matters, as well as training on health, safety and working conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What this means for you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This change enables Cloix Mend\u00e8s-Gil, as a training provider, to deliver training to your CSEs that is tailored to their needs and the context of your organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our training courses are designed and delivered by our solicitors, who are experts in employment law.
